What's New !RPA at the PLRB Regionals
Elise Farnham, Peter Schifrin, and John Southall actively participated in the 2010 PLRB Eastern Regional Adjusters Conference in Atlanta on behalf of the RPA. The trio is pictured above in front of the RPA booth at the expo that accompanied the conference. Elise reported that they had outstanding attendance and met with many current and prospective RPA members. In addition to attending the classes, expo, and other meeting functions, Peter taught a course entitled "Good Faith Claims Handling for Property Adjusters." According to the PLRB, the class received great reviews from the attendees. The RPA staff thanks Elise, Peter, and John for taking the time out of their busy schedules to represent the RPA at the event. While not volunteering for the RPA, Elise is President of Illumine Consulting, Peter is President of SGD Adjusting, and John is a Senior General Adjuster for FM Global. New Faster, Easier, Streamlined Continuing
Education (CE) Submission For All RPA Members
The previous requirements for submitting
CE's were beyond that of other professional organizations such as attorneys,
accountants, and other insurance license holders. The Board of the RPA has
revamped our entire process of requirements for the registration of our
members' Continuing Education credits.
If you still prefer to use the
downloadable forms, you simply list the courses you've taken along with
basic information, then sign and certify completion of the courses and
submit to RPA. We realize how busy our members are and trust that this
choice of easy new procedures will better enable each member to submit their
CEs more easily and on a timely basis. You spoke, we listened! |
