Additional Ways For RPA Members to Achieve Their 15 Continuing Education Credits Generally, appropriate CE credits may be obtained through the following activities: 1. Successfully complete approved exams or tests. 2. Attend and complete an approved conference, seminar, or training course. 3. Teach a seminar or workshop or participate as a presenter at a conference or seminar program. 4. Research and author a seminar, workshop, or conference presentation. 5. Research and author an appropriate and published article that serves to teach or describe a claims issue or activity. 6.
