Message from the Executive Director

Dear RPA Members:

As RPA has grown over the years, its members' ongoing needs for information also have grown.

Consequently, during the Fall of 2001, your Board commissioned the design of an entirely new website. Its top objectives:

• Be intuitive. Our new site gives both members and prospective members information that's easy to find, clear, and useful. Whatever you seek, you won't have any trouble finding it quickly.
• Be broadening. Our all-new FAQ and Library sections not only answer routine questions, they also give you access to information which might be new to you, highly informative, and potentially quite useful. Our new Message Board lets you ask questions of the general membership, right here on our site. And our all-new Contact Form gets you in touch with us quickly.
• Be readily expandable. This new RPA website has been designed so we can quickly and easily add new features and whole new sections. When there's a need, we'll be able to respond to it quickly.
